CONFIDENTIALITY:
All information disclosed during your intake process and all sessions will be held in the strictest confidence.
What can I expect during my first visit?
Together we will spend some time going over your medical history. You will be asked to share your reason(s) for seeking treatment and your goals. You will receive a full postural analysis and a one-on-one individualized JFB-MFR session in a quiet, private treatment room. All information you share with Fascial Bliss will be strictly confidential.
Do I need a doctors referral to see you?
Simply stated, no. In some cases, bodywork may be contraindicated and a referral from your primary care provider may be required prior to your session. If you would like me to communicate with your doctor, I am happy to do so and will have you fill out the necessary paperwork for me to be able to do so on your behalf.
Do you participate with insurance plans?
Simply stated, no. I strive to keep my rates reasonable so most everyone can benefit from Myofascial Release. If you are in need of Myofascial Release, but feel you cannot afford it at this time please contact Fascial Bliss to discuss other options.
How many appointments will I need?
Results of treatments will vary with each individual, but generally goals can be reached within 4-12 weeks of treatment by receiving 1-2 sessions a week. Chronic and more severe conditions will require greater frequency and increased length of treatment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Fascial Bliss requires a 24-hour notification for all scheduled appointments that need to be cancelled to rescheduled. Patients who are unable to give 24-hours notice will be charged a ‘cancellation fee’ equal to their scheduled appointment fee. Payment or arrangement for payment must be made prior to additional appointments being scheduled. Fascial Bliss prides itself in being able to accommodate patients as soon as possible. Missed appointments takes away from its ability to achieve this goal.
What if I am late for my appointment?
You can expect that your session will start and end on time. Please extend Fascial Bliss the courtesy of your call if you will be late. When you arrive, you will receive the remainder of your time but will be liable for payment in full.
What are your office hours?
All sessions are by appointment. Please call 812.573.9466 for appointment availability or go to my online scheduler
Do I need to bring anything to my sessions?
Yes, you will need a pair of gym-type shorts and ladies will also need a sport-type bra or two piece swimsuit to wear during your treatment. Also, I ask that you fill out an intake form prior to your appointment. You may bring it with you or email it to me before hand. See Links Below.
